A Call to College Campus Visits and Registration

Our goal is to provide juniors and seniors with opportunities to attend an out of county campus visit as well as local campus options.  The best way to determine the school that that fits you best is to do an in-person visit.  All scheduled visits are dependent upon the college, CDC and NCS district health guidelines at the time of the visit. If a change is required you will be notified by A Call to College staff.

Campus Visits

As you begin or continue your college search it is always a good idea to visit several campuses to get an idea of what you like, or don't like, in a school. Is the college size important to you? Do you feel at home there? What are the dorms or dining halls like?

Below we have compiled a list, with links , to the 20 most popular Ohio schools with Newark City School students. You can contact them to schedule a virtual tour. Don't see a school there? Look at the map of Ohio colleges and universities below. If you see one you like, you can simply go to that particular college website and search "campus visits" or contact us and we will help you navigate a virtual campus or you can schedule an in person tour.
Virtual College Exploration, provided by The Ohio Association for College Admissions Counseling allows you to explore even more colleges!

Colleges from within and outside of Ohio are presenting an interactive virtual experience to visit with Admissions Counselors and attend informational sessions. Filter your searches, then click the Student Registration button to register for any of the sessions available. Start your search here https://www.strivescan.com/ohio/   *Note: if there is a session you missed it is not too late, they are all recorded to watch later.
